Refund and Returns Policy

At our store, we take pride in offering high-quality products and customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges may be necessary.

Since we use print on demand services, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for products that are printed on demand unless they arrive damaged or defective. In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to make it right.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at sales@weirdtalesmerch.com with your order number and a description and a photo of the issue, and we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been personalized or custom made, except in the case of damage or defect.
